We’re proud to officially announce that we’ve teamed up with Brad Jones Racing to become their official model car partner for the 2024 Repco Supercars Championship Season and beyond.
A team which made it’s V8 Supercars debut in the year 2000, the Albury based squad has a long and illustrious racing history across numerous categories and we’re excited to be replicating the squad’s four Supercars for fans of the team and their drivers.
One of those cars is the awesome #8 Andre Heimgartner R&J Batteries backed Chevrolet Camaro which features an incredible black, white and red livery with subtle graphics in the background.
This model is set to be replicated based on the first ever Supercars race in Taupō, New Zealand, where Heimgartner won Race 7 of the championship to the delight of Kiwi fans everywhere. It was Heimgartner's first win since 2021, and BJR's first since 2020, which makes this an important collectable for fans of the driver and team.
This 1:18 scale model is scheduled to be produced in high quality die-cast with opening parts which includes the bonnet and both the driver and passenger doors.
A highly detailed racing cockpit can be seen through the molded clear glasshouse, or by opening the doors to examine the interior further. Under the bonnet includes a detailed 5.7-litre Chevrolet Racing LTR V8 and engine bay surround. Underneath the model, the undercarriage details the unique Gen3 floorpan.
Comprised of roughly 205 individual metal and plastic parts, with anywhere between 100-200 steps in paint and decoration finishing, including tampo printing where possible, photo etched parts including the bonnet pints, brake rotors and more, this is a high quality, detailed collectors model.
It is scheduled to be produced in an exclusive, one-off limited edition with an individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity presented in its own, Authentic Collectables branded protective cardboard folder.
Once this model is sold out, it won't be available again.
