How to Apply Your Decal
- Clean the surface — Thoroughly clean the area with isopropyl alcohol or a lint-free cloth to remove dust, grease, and dirt. Allow to dry completely.
- Position the decal — Peel back a small corner of the backing paper and position the decal where you want it. Use masking tape to hold it in place if needed.
- Peel the backing — Slowly peel away the backing paper at a low angle, ensuring the decal stays on the transfer tape.
- Apply the decal — Press the decal firmly onto the surface using a squeegee or credit card, working from the centre outward to remove any air bubbles.
- Remove the transfer tape — Slowly peel away the transfer tape at a low angle. If the decal lifts, press it back down and continue peeling more slowly.
- Smooth and finish — Run your finger or squeegee over the decal one final time to ensure full adhesion. Avoid washing the area for 24 hours.
Tip: For best results, apply in temperatures between 10°C and 30°C and avoid applying in direct sunlight or on very cold surfaces.
