An exclusive replica model, raced by Macauley Jones at race 14 of the 2023 Betr Darwin Triple Crown. The #96 Camaro sported a very special look as it sped to a top 10 finishing position and is a MUST HAVE for any Aussie supercars collection!
Macauley Jones finished 7th behind the wheel of his BJR #96 Camaro, up 5 positions from the start of Race 14, with a time of 41:00.1087. Jones’ Gen3 Camaro took on a new livery for the Hidden Valley racetrack - Supercars’ official Indigenous event. Reflecting the Wiradjuri people’s strength, #96’s design was created in conjunction with the Mungabareena Aboriginal Corporation (MAC), which provides services to the Indigenous community in Albury and Northeast Victoria.
Boasting superior craftsmanship with intricate detailing, this opening diecast 1:18 replica model is authentic to the original and features the ‘Googar’ (goanna), which is one of the main totems for the Wiradjuri people. Macauley Jones said, “I’ve grown up in Wiradjuri country and in my opinion it’s some of the most incredible landscapes in Australia. Being able to carry that in the Indigenous round means a lot to me.”
